Jill Morgan Santiago is the owner and managing attorney of JMS Law Ltd. She helps clients protect their wealth through estate planning, buy and sell real property, and start small businesses. A lifelong New Englander, she lives in Providence and practices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She has worked in the legal industry since 1997 and opened her own practice in 2017. After years concentrating on real estate and civil litigation, she developed her estate planning practice following the COVID-19 pandemic. She earned a B.S. in Legal Studies from Post University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, where she served as a law review staff editor and graduated magna cum laude.
